Please note our holiday closure dates for various services:

Council Main Office and Community Care
Closing: 5:00pm Friday, 20th December
Reopening: 8:30am Monday, 6th January 2025

Flinders Discovery Centre and Library
Closing: 5:00pm Friday, 20th December
Reopening: 9:00am Monday, 6th January 2025

Services Australia Office
Closing: 12:30pm Thursday, 19th December
Reopening: 9:00am Monday, 6th January 2025

Hughenden Memorial Swimming Pool
Closed on: Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day

Hughenden Landfill
Closed on: Christmas Day and New Year’s Day

Kerbside Collection 
Operating as usual. Collection for Christmas Day will occur on Boxing Day.
Rubbish collection over Christmas break  - Monday 23rd ,Thursday 26th ,Friday 27th, Monday 30th, Wednesday 1st , and Friday 3rd
