Council Meetings
Council meetings are held monthly from January to December based on the forth Wednesday of each month.
Meetings generally:
- The meeting commences at 9.00 am on Wednesday and closes when all business is complete.
- All correspondence for the council to consider at the monthly meeting should arrive at the council office one week before the meeting so that it can be included in the agenda.

In accordance with the provisions of section 254C of the Local Government Regulation 2012, notice is hereby given to hold a Special Meeting on Friday 10 May 2024, commencing at 10:00am.
The meeting will be held in the McNamara Boardroom, 34 Gray Street, Hughenden, Queensland 4821.
